Beyond the entryway, the first powder room and a private office for two, the great room faces south and is unforgettable with its vaulted ceilings, colossal picture windows framing expansive San Sophia views. Take it all in from the comfortable couches and oversized armchairs surrounding a grand gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. A meeting table on the west wall of the living area is framed by shelves and built-in L-shaped bench, creating a great place for games, breakfast and catching up with friends. Doors off either side of this room lead out to the home’s deck system which descends to the ground level’s large, in-ground hot tub.

East of the great room is an incredible space for group dinners and meal preparation. A south-facing dining room with seating for up to eight faces out and enjoys more of the beautiful San Sophia panorama, sitting opposite the gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops, breakfast bar for four, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two ovens and two dishwashers as well as an espresso maker from Miele leave even the most discerning chef wanting for not. Another beautiful dining table lies just past the kitchen, and has seating for an additional eight guests and enjoys a lovely gas fireplace. An intimate sitting room with leather sofa, two small work desks and a television sits adjacent to this area. Spanning the distance from the dining rooms to the home’s two-car garage, a long hall hosts a full laundry room, elevator and powder room in between.

The King Master Suite sits at the opposite end of the home’s main level and is absolutely stunning with its hardwood floors, further vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and two wingback leather chairs. Those lucky enough to occupy this luxurious suite also have incredible San Sophia views out the large picture windows to the south, as well as a door leading on to the home’s back deck and hot tub. The en suite bathroom is truly incredible with its steam shower, granite countertops and gas fireplace.

Upstairs are five incredible guest suites, including the famed Knightsbridge bunk room, accessible through an authentic wooden gate, protected by two suits of armor. The queen suite is perfect for those who cannot leave work behind entirely, with its large work desk, steam shower and Juliette balcony for a breath of fresh air.

The lowest level of the home is absolutely ideal for entertaining. Painted concrete floors make way to a large media room and full bar with seating for six, equipped with granite countertops, ice maker, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent media center has an oversized leather sectional with plenty of seating around the huge flat screen TV paired with surround sound, making for the ultimate in movie nights. A pool table completes the space, and provides for endless fun. A ground level walk-out, this room leads directly to the sizeable in ground hot tub.
