Casa Carolina is a spacious, luxurious beachfront residence designed to accommodate both individual and larger group needs. The home is perfect for families, group outings, weddings, or the just the lazy, romantic getaway.

The main amenity of Casa Carolina is, of course, the spectacular beachfront location on one of the world’s top beaches. This particular stretch of white coral sand which does not get hot underfoot and features no rock from the house all the way into the water.

It is the premier beach location not only in Tulum, but in all of Mexico.

Each of the 5 bedrooms features its own large en suite bath with open shower that is separated from the sleeping area. Additionally, each room features its own secure access/entry and similarly private balcony/terrace with direct ocean view. As such, there are no bad rooms.

The large common areas on the first floor, outside and rooftop allow for a relaxed, inviting atmosphere conducive to both intimate conversations and mingling with other friends and family if desired.

The finishes are consistent with the theme of casual, vacation luxury, but one that emphasizes the uniqueness of the Tulum location and ecology. Each large bedroom features high end bath products of both local and international origin, high thread count linens and pillow top mattress’, set against the cool, sleek polished concrete, stone and wood finishes of the bedrooms, floors and bath vanities. Of course, Casa Carolina features Wind and Solar power and a backup generator to meet the needs of any guest 24/7. Additionally, we have taken extra care to lessen our and your footprints in this pristine area by having a grey water waste system, 2 wells and purified water.

The kitchen is designed to function both for the staff to provide all meals if so desired or to be used by its guests in the event of their own use. It features commercial grade stainless steel appliances, dual sink and complete wood cabinet line.

Additionally, there is a separate laundry/storage room and lavatory for use of the staff and its guests.

The Casa features its own beach side swimming pool which is partially shaded to afford those seeking safety from the sun a perfect experience as well. Other amenities include beach cabannas, outdoor shower, roof top sunset bar, large open gathering areas, outdoor covered patio, decks, wi-fi, bluetooth wireless audio, internet access, satellite TV and a private, secure walled compound.

The staff quarters are located on site within the compound for both guest convenience and security.
