Description
This custom villa is nestled in the gated Sugar Hill Resort community. Villa Illusion was inspired by the Sandy Lane Hotel creating a breathtaking elegance. The contemporary design welcomes guests through glass front doors and greets them with stunning views of the Caribbean. Exiting the foyer, guests are lead onto a covered terrace with views of the swimming pool and staircases leading down to the pool deck.
Re-entering the villa from the terrace guests enter the formal dining room and are lead straight into the master suite. The dining room is large and incorporates a glass table with room for twelve guests. The room will magically transform into alfresco dining when three walls fold open to a wrap around balcony. Swaying mahogany trees and traveler palms are more than happy to greet you as you dine. The well equipped gourmet kitchen has abundant space and hosts two wine coolers, stainless steel appliances and is complete with a dumb waiter.
On the lower level, Villa Illusion was designed as a comfortable place to relax in style. The large living room is equipped with a flat screen (cable, DVD, BOSE) and bar. The open plan room leads directly to the pool deck complete with loungers, barbecue and gazebos (also outfitted with Bose).
Guests of Villa Illusion can enjoy the Sugar Hill Beach Facility at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. This includes resort Clubhouse, restaurant, two resort pools, and four championship tennis courts.

All bedroom suites are airconditioned and have private terraces. Each bedroom is located on the ground floor and equipped with a safe. The master suite is located on the first floor and includes a living room with flat screen, cable, DVD and Bose.
