This 6-bedroom 13,836 square foot contemporary villa is just what you are looking for if you seek ski-in/ski-out access. Guests of A Place in the Sun are immediately greeted by a breathtaking great room with luxurious lounge area and stone fireplace flanked by 30-foot cathedral windows.

Chefs of all levels will love the gourmet kitchen featuring walk-in pantry, Wolf range, and Sub Zero refrigerator. The grand dining hall seats eight guests and features an additional fireplace. Continuing on the main level guests can enjoy an exercise room, office, TV lounge, library and parking for three vehicles. Access to a patio is just off the exercise room. Access to A Place in the Sun's guest cottage is just steps away from the library breezeway.

A Place in the Sun incorporates an entire level dedicated to rest, recreation and relaxation. A home theater, game room featuring billiards table, wet bar, wine cellar (with dining area), powder room and gallery hall.

Four guest suites are located on the top level - 2 master suites, and two additional bedrooms. The Guest Cottage features 2 additional guest rooms, one overlooking a lower lounge.
