Casa Bahia is a two-level residence with 7,291 square feet of space. You can enjoy expansive views of the bay, the Marietas Islands, and the Sierra Madre mountains from virtually every room in the house –– it’s designed to take full advantage of its breathtaking surroundings.

This villa includes four bedrooms, allowing space for up to ten friends or family members. A master suite features spectacular sunset ocean views from a private terrace with its own sitting area, an expansive master bathroom with an outdoor shower feature, and walk-in closets. Three additional bedrooms, two with a king bed each and one with two queen beds, provide en-suite bathrooms as well. Casa Bahia boasts dramatic high ceilings, wood beams in the living room and master suites, as well as fine marble flooring with carpet design in its bathrooms. Additionally, its well-conceived floor plan invites owners and guests to fully enjoy the experience of both the indoors and outdoors. At the heart of the villa, an open-concept great room allows access to a sitting area set off of the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, and a dining area. A wooden bridge connects the Master Suite with a guest bedroom, while a central courtyard features a beautiful fountain and a cobblestone patio. Outside, guests can indulge in a heated infinity-edge pool.

Your vacation at Casa Bahia not only includes daily housekeeping, but also cook service at breakfast or lunch, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine during the day while still being able to enjoy delicious food. The villa also offers Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and a sound system. Guests of Casa Bahia are welcome at the Sufi Ocean, Pacifico Beach, and Kupuri Beach clubs close by. A short drive away are the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, as well as Punta Mita village, where you can browse a variety of boutiques or savor a spectacular meal from any one of a myriad of restaurants. When you’re not out and about trying the specialties of Punta Mita, you can head out to the outdoor wet bar to enjoy some refreshments, soak up some sun by the infinity pool, or use the gas barbecue to make something for your fellow vacationers to enjoy at the al fresco dining area.
