On three acres of land with a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea, lush green mountains and golf course, Bumper's Nest was designed by distinguished architect Kasimir Korybut in 1995. A brilliant renovation completed in 2015 has recreated one of the most glamorous homes at the Tryall Club. Here is an extraordinary private home with simply the best of everything.
The central atrium is like a park ... a fanciful fountain and water garden framed by Surprise Bougainvillea. Interiors are enriched by fine art and beautiful natural cut stone floors.
From the Great Room, 18 French doors open to 1,400 square feet of furnished verandahs. Deep cushions cover sofas, chairs, chaises and a wonderful bamboo swing. The view is spectacular day and night. Just beyond the verandah, the private pool spans the front of the house. Adjacent to the pool are the outdoor wet bar and shower and the cutest little powder room in Jamaica.
The very comfy Family Room opens on two sides to the atrium and garden. A 52'' television on Direct TV system provides 950 channels (movies, HBO, free Pay Per View, sports, etc.), sound system, and library of books and movies invite days and evenings of entertainment. A few steps away are the powder room, second wet bar and fridge stocked with soft drinks and juices.
The separate Cottage was built in 2015, adding two bedrooms, fitness room and large outdoor hot tub to the accommodations and amenties available at Bumper's Nest.
Bumper's Nest is only a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and less than 25 minutes to the airport and center of town.
