The 625-square-foot pool is heated and reaches seven feet at its deepest. It has a diving board and 6-seat Jacuzzi-style seating area with water massage. The pool also contains a 5.5 horsepower Swim-Jet system that produces a current so that you can "do laps" while swimming in place. The house has central air-conditioning and Direct TV satellite service in all the bedrooms. The windows are double-paned glass and are hurricane and sound proof. The central sound system is by Sonos.
