Villa Siena is a great vacation getaway that is just a short walk to Grace Bay Beach. Guests will drive through the entrance gates into this Mediterranean-inspired, 2-story, luxury villa. It is very spacious and private which makes Villa Siena the perfect place for guests to spend quality time with family and friends.

When guests enter Villa Siena they will find a living/family area that is complete with a bar counter, a sectional sofa, a 65 inch smart TV, and 22 feet of sliding glass doors that open out to the pool area. In the pool area, there is comfortable sofa seating and a landscaped private yard.

The upstairs of Villa Siena has 30-foot vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen equipped with a six burner gas Viking stove, a built-in Thermador refrigerator, breakfast counter, and cabinets. Villa Siena has a formal dining area that seats eight people, sofa and chair seating, and a 70 inch smart TV. The area opens up with 32 feet of glass doors to the upstairs terrace. The terrace is complete with a dining area, lounge area, and BBQ grill area.

Villa Siena is located in an oversized lot with a gated entrance. The villa is surrounded by tall palm trees and a tropical landscape. The first-floor terrace has a 'floating' swimming pool which has an infinity edge on three sides and has an ancient Italian well ring in the center. Under the covered terrace, there is comfortable sofa seating, and various chaise loungers surround the pool area. The entire yard is secluded for complete privacy, and the upper terrace has a dining table and chairs, a built-in grill area, and a lounge area.

There are four bedrooms within the villa. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a balcony that overlooks the pool and yard area. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a private terrace that connects to the pool area. The third bedroom is also on the first floor and has double French doors that open to a private terrace with a "splash" pool that waterfalls into the larger swimming pool. The fourth bedroom is located above the garage and has a fully equipped kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom.

Villa Siena is only a short two-minute drive from the Turtle Cove Marina, restaurants, shops, bars, tour operators, and more.
