Condo Las Olas is located in the TAU Residencies, which provide the following: a Special Membership to access Sea Breeze Beach Club at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, spacious units with private plunge pools, modern finishings with top-of-the-line appliances, common areas with a pool, fitness center, garden, lush landscapes, and an HOA office, and finally, an underground golf cart and car parking.

Bedroom 3: This room is equipped with two double-sized beds and two single-sized beds (bunk beds), a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. 

Staff room: This room is equipped with one single-sized bed.
