Casa de las Aves is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse located in Punta Mita resort community of Porta Fortuna, nestled between two golf fairways. With breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas and the Pacific Ocean, the recently updated casita accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 young children. Each of the three master suites features a luxurious ensuite bathroom; two have king beds, and the third offers two double beds along with an ensuite with an outdoor shower and meditation area.

The property offers spacious decks, patios, balconies, a pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ grill. Daily housekeeping is included, with a home-cooked family-style meal (breakfast or lunch) prepared by the housekeeper—you just cover the food costs. A 6-seat golf cart and personal concierge service are also provided. Premier Membership Golf grants free access to several exclusive beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacifico, SUFI, and El Surf Club at La Lancha, making this a memorable Punta Mita vacation.
