This simple single floor layout allows easy access for all the rooms. The bright courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Villa Martelilla is home to a large dining room that opens to the covered dining/living patio and garden. The area seats a total of 22 guests. Villa Martelilla was built for country-style entertaining. All areas are carefree and relaxed but well appointed with standout antiques, tapestries, bright handmade rugs and living spaces with comfortable seating arrangements.

Villa Martelilla is a secluded paradise is the perfect family getaway home or quiet retreat for anyone wishing to leave the real world in the rearview. Villa Martelilla is also the perfect spot for an intimate Spanish-style wedding or event. Golf, hiking, bullfighting, horsebackriding, ATV, barbecues, sightseeing, beach, watersport, vineyard tours, and country classics (flamenco, rejoneo, etc) can all be arranged easily. Simple country elegance is in vogue at Martelilla. Bedrooms 1, 2 +3 are adjacent as are bedroom 4, 5, and 6. Both make great family suites.

An optional bedroom #7 is a smaller room off the kitchen with access to the central courtyard and a private bathroom. This room is ideal for a nanny or to accommodate a larger group.

Bathrooms are decorated with hand-painted Spanish tiles.
