The Son Felip estate is an impressive ranch preached on a 300 acre preserve, stretching from the magnificent Minorcan seashore to the surrounding mountains. This private paradise, made of several independent units, was completely refurbished in 2014. Part of this complex of structures is the Home, a modern two level country house, with capacity for 10 guests consisting of five king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

Pristinely white inside and out, with large glass windows and green shutters, this home is the definition of Minorcan design and elegance. Enter into the bright and open living space, with bleached wood detailed vaulted ceilings, large sliding glass doors offering unobstructed views of the infinite grounds, hard wood flooring, and a mix of white cotton and whicker seating. Two sitting areas are created, one centering around a large iron fireplace and flat screen tv, while the other emphasizes the outdoors, sitting just inside the floor to ceiling sliding glass doorway. Continuing past the living space, is a playful casual dining area with mismatched seating for eight and a upright piano, perfect for a night of entertaining. Around the corner is the formal dinning room for 10 surrounded by paired sliding glass doors taking up two entire walls, allowing guests to drink in the stars along with the conversation. The neighboring kitchen is perfectly designed to serve these spaces with ample counter space and high end appliances.

The top level is home to three guests suites. The Master suite is equipped with king bedding complimented by a colorful room divider as headboard, wood flooring, private sunken living area with fire place, and en suite bath with large soaking tub and separate glass shower. The remaining two split king guest rooms are fully carpeted each boasting countryside views, white wood panel detailing, whicker furnishings, and en suite bath.

Two additional split king guest rooms are located off a separate entrance just outside the main home with similar design and en-suite bath.
