Given its ideal location only 12 miles (20 kilometers) to the airport and AVE high speed train, 9 miles (15 kilometers) to the beach, and surrounded by wonderful medieval town, this home has everything within a short drive, bike or horse ride!

Upon arriving to the property, a grand limestone archway opens onto a paved path, which is bordered by citrus trees and leads to the home’s main entryway. The warm, inviting foyer offers an arched ceiling and Spanish tile floors which continue throughout the home, as well as an intimate area to receive guests. Off the left side of the entry is a lovely dining area with church pew seating for up to eight, as well as a painted brick ceiling.

A butler’s pantry and laundry area joins this room to the absolutely perfect, gourmet kitchen. A designer’s dream, this space combines the home’s original architecture and modern style with its stone ceiling, farmhouse style sink, thick marble slab countertops and island, custom cabinetry and patterned backsplash. Serve meals at the breakfast table for four, or in the adjacent formal dining room with seating for up to ten guests and views of the stunning garden and pool through floor to arched windows and surrounding glass paned French doors. After dinner, cocktails can be enjoyed in the connected parlor with its bar, barstool seating, sofa and chairs. Completing the circle on the home’s main level is a comfortable living area, which sits between the home’s foyer and bar and is occupied by two sofas and two armchairs, creating the ideal environment for conversation.

The landing on Mas Grau’s second level is occupied by a gorgeous parlour with built in bookcases, large table, ornate armchairs, crown moulding and arched ceiling, inviting in plenty of light through the french doors.

The master suite lies to the left with its four post king size bed, wood burning fireplace, bench and ceiling fan, followed by a large dressing area and master bathroom with clawfoot tub, shower with multiple jetted shower heads and dual vanity sink. Opposite the master suite are two guest suites, one with two twin beds and the other with a split king bed. Conveniently located between the two bedrooms is a Jack and Jill bathroom with full glass shower.

Off the back of the home is a sitting area with daybed accompanied by two additional guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer their own en suite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a split king. Each of these spaces opens onto a spacious shared patio, with ample seating and spectacular views of Rupiá.

The home’s uppermost level is the ideal space for kids and teens, with its ample space and convertible sleeping arrangements. The staircase ascends into a large room which we lovingly refer to as the game room. A leather sofa with two armchairs occupies the left side of the room, while the right side of the room features a game table with seating for four, flat screen TV and lounging sofa with extra ottomans for added comfort and guests. Facing the back of the home is a set of French Doors with access to yet another beautiful terrace and views of the church of Rupiá. Across from these doors, a few steps lead up to an enchanting flex room with gorgeous stone archways framing the space. Boasting two convertible split king sleeper sofas, as well as a TV and private en suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and stand up shower.

For those who love to entertain, the home offers a separate structure, dedicated to just that. The bottom level of this building is home to a wood burning oven sitting alongside a large dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. Just outside the room’s open archway is a gorgeous pergola, covered in splashes of wisteria and furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa. Up the spiral staircase, the second floor plays host to a ping pong table as well as elliptical and free weights.
