Sea Grape Cottage is situated right on the shore in one of the most perfect locations imaginable. It has access from the waters edge onto the dining deck, or along a shell strewn path into a small walled garden. Complete privacy is assured. There are stunning views across the sparkling sea to Great Thatch, Yost Van Dyke, and the most western tip of Tortola. Sea Grape Cottage is built in typical West-Indian style: gingerbread trims, a large terracotta-tiled veranda which engulfs three sides of the cottage, and a private dining deck built out over the sea with steps leading directly to the shore. On the inside of Sea Grape Cottage, an open plan interior, with brightly colored shuttered doors, leads onto the veranda. The cottage is simply, but very elegantly, decorated with terracotta floors overlaid with rugs, bamboo, and rattan furniture. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen area, a stunning draped four poster bed, and a traditionally styled bathroom with a walk in tiled shower. Outside, on the capacious wraparound balcony of Sea Grape Cottage, there are tables and chairs, sun loungers, and a king sized hammock which enable guests to enjoy full sun or retreat to the shade and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes as they prefer. There is also a covered external cooking area with a full sized professional barbecue grill and cook top for al fresco meals.
