Three bedrooms are on the upper level surrounding the pool. One bedroom is privately situated on the lower level. Each bedroom is decorated in a refined Caribbean style with wicker and teak furniture and serene white fabrics accented with pops of colors. Each bathroom uniquely displays Provence style tiles with either a garden or sea view.

Although secluded, you are close to amenities. Within the private compound, you have access to a shared marina and tennis court. It is a two-minute drive to Baie Nettle’s culinary stars Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. Wonderful gourmet food and wine stores are just a short drive in Cupecoy along with the Starz Casino and the fine dining options of Escape or Temptation. Long Bay beach can be reached by a 5-minute drive. It is a short 15-minute drive to the International airport or the nightlife of Maho. Visit the French Capital of Marigot for the Duty Free shopping, boutiques, bakeries and the Creole market, only 15 minutes from the villa.
