Description

At the far end of Baie Rouge, one of St. Martin’s most sought after beaches, villa L'Oasis sits alongside the cliffs offering incredible sea views and luxurious surroundings. Built on three levels, following the incline of the cliff, this elegant and sophisticated beachfront home has six bedrooms, including 3 master suites and two beautiful pools, one at shore level and a second overflow pool on the main residential level.

The main entrance invites guests into a domed reception area and large double doors lead to the grand living area. High ceilings and natural stone floors create a cool and refreshing contrast to the tropical climate outdoors. The living area makes the most of the cooling ocean breezes, the entire room also benefits from air-conditioning if desired. L'Oasis also offers comfortable lounge areas, a large indoor dining table with seating for 10, and an adjoining media room with a widescreen TV, surround sound, and more seating. There is wifi throughout the entire property.

L'Oasis has a large covered terrace which offers a further dining area for 12 and a beautiful ocean backdrop. Adjacent to both of the dining areas is a spacious gourmet kitchen. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the ocean.

A stone staircase leads down to the main terrace level with a beautiful asymmetrical pool and sun deck projecting off the cliff. There is plenty of space for sun lounging and comfortable shaded areas for the hot afternoons.

Guests can descend from the pool terrace to the white sandy beach which also has a pool, a shaded gazebo, seating area, daybeds and parasols furnishing the shoreline.

L'Oasis has even more amenities that include a luxurious spa with steam room, massage and manicure tables, a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, elliptical and free weights, and an outdoor hot-tub.

Of the six bedrooms, all have ocean views and en suite bathrooms, and three are master suites. Each of the six bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed, ample closet space, a TV, a safe, and wifi.

Villa L'Oasis is fully staffed with a chef, a butler and housekeeping. The villa is conveniently located to top-class gourmet restaurants and nightlife on both the French and Dutch sides of St Martin.

Main Pool by the House has a very large deck, many lounge chairs, stone table and chairs for pool side dining, umbrellas and full music system . The full SPA features a gym room equipped with Multi-Station Universal, a Tread-mill, an Elliptical, Free Weights, Plasma TV, Sound, an exterior Jacuzzi, a Massage room with two tables, a Manicure/Pedicure area, a Bathroom with Steam room, Shower and Toilet . To Marigot: 12 min. drive To Nearest Grocery Store: 5 min. drive To Beach: Out the door to Baie Rouge.
