Description

Buttonwood Reef is a gorgeous Jamaica vacation rental. This new villa faces the ocean and is the epitome of ocean edge living. The first moment guests enter the villa through the dramatic Jequitiba wood ceiling entranceway and oversized pivot door, their eyes meet the Caribbean Sea. Buttonwood Reef has an excellent collection of artisan pieces that represent the best Jamaican artists, including Dougall, Mara Made, Pinto Pottery, and Dready Art.

The villa has a sunken level sitting room that has a wide opening to the veranda. There is also a custom artisanal dining table made from a piece of Tamarind that seats 18 guests. There is an air-conditioned game room, and it leads into the media room filled with large comfortable sofas and an 85" TV.

On the ground level, there are two bedroom suites, and on the upper level, there are four bedroom suites and the Sky Gazing Deck that is furnished with oversized double reclining umbrella chairs. This deck is the perfect place for guests to relax and enjoy the endless view of the horizon.

Buttonwood Reef has excellent outdoor living areas equipped with a shallow entry infinity-edge pool with a Baja ledge with sun shelves and a hot tub large enough for 14 guests. The Almond Tree terrace is a shaded terrace with a barbeque and overlooks the sandy beach area to the east. The other outdoor attractions include a lower deck with sun loungers, a three-pin putting green, and many other places for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the property. Next door to Buttonwood Reef, through a gate, there is a small sandy beach of Hermosa Cove Boutique Resort, and beyond is the calm, reef-protected bay, which is perfect for swimming.
