Description

Sandcastle Villa is a secluded, Tuscan inspired, 10,000 sq. ft. beach side villa on the North Shore of Anguilla. This villa was very recently completely renovated and incorporates more grandeur and exclusivity than every before!

It boasts magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean with ever changing shades of blue. The first level of Sandcastle has two air conditioned bedrooms and children's playroom with magnificent sea views and ensuite bathrooms. There are large areas for entertaining outside around the infinity pool or at the gazebo with its BBQ, and a wonderful view of the beach and the sea beyond. One can also entertain more formally inside in the air conditioned great room with its adjoining dining area. There is a media room with a computer area just off the great room. The second level has a large grand master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and private outdoor shower, and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea, along with an en suite fitness center. There is also a master bedroom on this level with ensuite bathroom and shower and a large balcony overlooking the sea.

Children can enjoy an on premise playground complete with swing, trapeze bars, slide, mini rock climbing wall, look-out cabin, mini playhouse and rubber mulch for soft landings. The kids lounge is airconditioned and includes an xbox complete with kids toys and movies.

Bedroom 4: This room is located on the main level and it is equipped with one king-sized bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also opens onto a balcony with access to the pool with Caribbean sea views. 

Bedroom 5: This room is located on the main level and it is equipped with one king-sized bed, air conditioning, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also opens onto a patio with access to the pool area with Caribbean sea views. 

Additional Bedding: This room is equipped with two daybeds that can be set up upon request, suitable for children up to 12 years old.
